If you want to create a new account, please follow these steps:


1.- Go into the Account area by clicking the "user" icon on the top menu (see image). Or click here.



2.- Click on "Create account". Or click here.



3.- Fill in the requested information and click on "Create".



4.- For security reasons we use reCaptcha. Please check the box and click on "Submit".

From time to time, reCaptcha may ask for a different type of verification. If that is your case, just follow the instructions given there. Once done, click on the "Submit" button.



5.- That's it!

If you forgot your account's password and want to reset it, please follow these steps:

1.- Go to the Account Area by clicking the "user" icon on the top menu (see image).



2.- Click on "Forgot?" to start the process of resetting your password.



3.- Fill in your email address and click the "Submit" button.



4.- For security reasons we use reCaptcha. Please just check the box and click "Submit". 

From time to time, it may request another type of verification. If that is your case,  just follow the steps given. Usually it's just picking an image from a group of images (i.e.: choose the photos with trees out of all the photos). Once done, be sure to click on the "Submit" button.


5.- Check your email inbox. You should receive an email like the one in the image below. Click on "Reset your password" button.

If you can't find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder and/or the promotions tab.



6.- Once you click on the button you'll be redirected to our website, where you'll be asked to fill in your new password (and repeat it in the next field, to make sure you wrote it correctly). Once done, click on the "Reset Password" button.



7.- That's it!

If you're trying to login and see this error "Incorrect email or password" (see image below), please follow these steps:


1.- Click on "Forgot?" to start the process of resetting your password.



2.- Fill in your email address and click the "Submit" button.



3.- For security reasons we use reCaptcha. Please just check the box and click "Submit". 

From time to time, it may request another type of verification. If that is your case,  just follow the steps given. Usually it's just picking an image from a group of images (i.e.: choose the photos with trees out of all the photos). Once done, be sure to click on the "Submit" button.

4.1.- If you get an error that says "No account found with that email" (see image below), you need to create a new account using the same email address. You can find the steps to do so in the next article of this section. 



4.2.- If everything works correctly, you should see a notification that says that you're going to receive an email. 

Check your email inbox. You should receive an email like the one in the image below. Click on "Reset your password" button.

If you can't find the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder and/or the promotions tab.



5.- Once you click on the button you'll be redirected to our website, where you'll be asked to fill in your new password (and repeat it in the next field, to make sure you wrote it correctly). Once done, click on the "Reset Password" button.



6.- That's it!
